Dr. Cameron Buescher PT, DPT

Cameron is a physical therapist with almost five years of experience working with adolescents and adults in the areas of orthopedics, post-operative care, neurological recovery, and injury-prevention. Cameron utilizes his doctorate-level education from the University of South Alabama to evaluate and implement his patient-centered treatment plans to help each patient meet their goals. Cameron has a passion for helping each individual become active, stay active, or return to activity following injury.

Adam Johnston PT, DPT, OCS,CSCS

Adam is a physical therapist with five years of experience helping both teens and adults recover and grow stronger in areas like orthopedics, sports injuries, neurological rehab, injury prevention, and overall strength and conditioning. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of South Alabama and is passionate about helping people reach their personal goals and feel their best. Adam is a board-certified specialist in orthopedics, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, and is also Level 1 Dry Needling certified through Select Medical. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him spending time with his wife, Haley, hanging out with friends, or watching Atlanta Braves baseball.

Shea Buescher, OTR/L

Shea is an occupational therapist who earned a Masters of Occupational Therapy from the University of South Alabama. She has over five years of experience working with adult patients with neurological conditions, upper extremity orthopedic conditions and various other diagnoses. Shea evaluates and treats with a patient-centered approach to ensure each individual’s treatment fits their needs and helps them reach their maximum level of function. She specializes in conditions that affect the arm or hand such as carpal tunnel, traumatic injuries of the hand, trigger finger, and many more!

Our Methods

Manual Treatment

Manual therapy treatments involve a hands-on technique to improve pain, reduce muscle tension, and to promote mobility. These may include joint mobilization, spinal manipulation, and soft tissue mobilization.

Exercise

We offer an innovative and advanced prescription of exercise routines. These may include a focus on improving pain, flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, power, movement technique, or a combination.

Pain Relieving Modalities

Pain relieving modalities are best used in conjunction with an appropriate exercise program. These may include:

  • Electrical Stimulation

  • Moist heat packs

  • Cold packs

  • Dry needling 

Hand Therapy

Hand therapy will include a specialized approach of manual treatment, targeted exercises and activities, and activity modifications to decrease pain and increase overall functional use of affected hand or arm.
