FAIR & TRANSPARENT PRICING
Central Physical Therapy will accept both insurance-based and self-pay options for therapy services.
Self-pay options will also apply to wellness programs and performance training.
We believe in being fair and upfront with our pricing and with how much you'll owe for services. You will be informed of any deductibles, co-pays, or co-insurance upfront by our administrative team, but greatly encourage you to stay knowledgeable on all the cost-sharing procedures of your policy.

If you would prefer self-pay or are out-of-network with us, we offer all of our services on a self-pay option. Please call our Office Coordinator for more information on pricing.

If filing insurance, Co-pays, co-insurance, and remaining deductibles are due at the time of service. All insurance claims will be billed directly after each session. The patient is responsible for the balance that insurance does not cover. If the estimated cost of your visit is higher than the actual billed amount, it will be credited back at your next visit.
We can see patients who have other insurance plans as an out-of-network provider if yours is not listed above. Please note, not all insurance payers or policies cover out-of-network care. Your insurance provider may have out-of-network benefits that cover a portion of your physical therapy services (some up to 80%). Upon request, we can provide patients a superbill to be submitted to out-of-network insurance providers. Patients are responsible for verifying their benefits and submitting superbills, so please call your insurance company to ask about your coverage for out-of-network physical therapy services.
